OLD GANG
I spied a middle-aged man driving a Mercury Cougar with the license OLD GANG on it. I pulled up to him and "interviewed" him on the spot. My "interviews" tend not to be in-depth you understand, since I am often driving down the street next to these innocent bystanders as I conduct them. I asked him what OLD GANG meant, and he insisted that it had "no meaning". He just likes it. Hmm, I wonder. With Chicago's somewhat checkered past, that seems sort of unlikely. It looks like the mystery of the licenses is not going to be easy to crack.
